The Tracy & Ian Wedding of course.... I am finished sorting and down to trying to 'shop ones that I like. In between that I convert everything to B&W so there's an original compressed image, color shot and a B&W for each shot.
The Bourne Ultimatum is the best action movie I've ever seen... and it had a sweet poster. I found a tutorial on styling a picture like the movie poster and thought I'd give it a try. I tweaked mine just a bit from the tutorial but I think it has the same vibe.
I left out the gun... and the taglines. Though that could be fun too... perhaps I'll add a tagline or two:
The Thomovits Ultimatum This Fall, Tracy & Ian Seal the Deal
... with Photoshop is that there are SO many variations and they all look good, and I'm the kind of person who can't even make up his mind what he wants at a fast food joint, never mind with a bunch of shots which all look great!
Here's some more Tracy & Ian.
I like this one (above) the best, I think.
(above) One of my favorite shots I think I've ever taken, period.
I liked this shot but it had some bad shadowing and a crack in the mirror that (of course) is in a really bad spot. I think I was able to fix it realistically though.
I love photography. What more to say? I shoot Nikon equipment - currently a D700 (which is more awesome than sharks with laser beams attached to their heads). As for subjects, I shoot anything and everything, moving, not moving and in between. That is all.
Portrait sessions are available as well as weddings & engagement shoots (a team effort with Rhonda - see her blog below). Check my website for details (link below).
